As a Club Manager at Planet Fitness since Apr 2023, I oversee the daily operations, staff management, and customer service of a fitness club with thousands of members. Education- Bachelor of Science - Kinesiology, Ohio Wesleyan University - Master of Science - Sport Coaching, West Virginia University - Doctorate (in-progress)- Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Concordia University-St. Paul. Certifications- Personal Trainer, NASM - Weight Loss Specialist, NASM - Performance Enhancement Specialist, NASM - Nutrition Specialist, NASM - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, AHA - Certified Exercise Physiologist (in-progress), ACSM With over 7 years of experience as a personal trainer at Showtime Strength & Performance, I have developed and delivered customized fitness programs for clients of various ages, goals, and fitness levels. I have also gained skills in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and recovery.
