Most recently, My role as a Project Manager focused on food and value chain innovation and integrity. My professional qualifications have equipped me with a holistic approach to global gastronomy, while my work experience has provided me with a down to earth methodology and understanding of the Australian agri-food industries from paddock to plate. I possess a proven record in identifying commercial potential and developing mutually beneficial cross-sectoral relationships which have enabled the adoption of new and innovative products, value chains and business models, with a focus on reduced waste and increased value back to primary producers.
