Experienced analyst and educator in private and public educational/clinical settings, as well as in-home and community-based settings with learners ranging from 2 to 21 years of age in both rural and urban settings. Dually certified as MA Licensed/Board Certified Behavior Analyst and MA DESE Teacher of Students with Severe Disabilities (preK-12). Extensive interdisciplinary experience with a variety of providers, including occupational therapists, speech/language pathologists, physical therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, developmental pediatricians and educators. Experienced in Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), Early Start Denver Model, ABLLS-R, AFLS and PEAK Relational Training, with on-going professional development and mentorship. Experience and training across a variety of visual analysis and teaching methodologies, including natural environment training, discrete-trial training, Precision Teaching, standard celeration, Sharepoint, and Excel, among other conventional graphing applications. Experienced in developing learner-specific Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and behavior analytic treatment plans/authorizations across a range of public and private healthcare plans. Professional interests include food selectivity/restrictive feeding disorders, sleep challenges, alternative and augmentative communication for English/multiple language learners, collaborative/interdisciplinary treatment teams, and progressive applied behavior analysis emphasizing compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming and efficacious assent-based treatment with socially significant outcomes for learners and caregivers.
