About Emily Warren

Emily is a Director and Avanade's first ever Global Well-being Lead. She is a strategic leader whose work to integrate inclusion and well-being initiatives has amplified the impact of both. She believes in the power of using shared experiences to create connection and belonging across all communities and uses the well-being platform to purposefully engage audiences who may have disengaged from other initiatives. Emily has been responsible for a portfolio of Employee Experience and Engagement initiatives within the Avanade business, including projects in Employee Listening, Leadership Development, Onboarding, Flexible Working and Wellbeing. She works in partnership with teams across the organisation to deliver genuine human impact for Avanade employees, supporting people to feel their best so they can do their best. Emily has always been passionate about designing solutions that deliver value and helping her clients to adapt their behaviours, practices, processes and systems to realise business benefits. In moving from client consulting into an internal role in HR strategy, she has continued to draw on her expertise in designing and implementing enterprise solutions and change initiatives across large organisations, bringing to bear skills in collaboration, creative problem-solving, business analysis, and project management to create employee experiences that excite and engage.
