About Emily Wilke

I’m a people-person with a heart for service and a head for logistics. My career started in healthcare, where I worked as a CNA and Hospice Aide, supporting patients with care, compassion, and a lot of heart. Those years taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always lead with empathy. Today, I bring that same mindset into the world of customer service and supply chain. I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative at Schneider, scheduling freight pickups and deliveries. Now, as an Account Specialist at VF Corporation, I manage customer orders from start to finish—entering, revising, and releasing them in SAP, keeping timelines tight, and making sure everyone (from sales teams to customers) stays in the loop. I thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and believe that good communication is everything. Whether it’s caring for patients or managing orders, I’m all about making people’s lives a little easier—and doing it with a smile.
