About Emily Woo

I am a recent graduate from American University with a B.A. in Political Science. Throughout my professional career, developing strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, hoping to strengthen these abilities in the future. In 2019, my passions for theater and business contributed to launching a self-started Instagram business by selling and trading theater memorabilia. In 2022, I worked alongside a television convention company to amplify guest experiences between fan-favorite celebrities and themselves. Additionally, I have had firsthand experience in fostering customer service skills and gaining insight into the hospitality industry, interning at Walt Disney World Company. In the 2023-2024 academic year, I attended the LSE general course program, where I expanded my educational lens to the rigorous European academic culture. In the future, I hope to intersect my degree in Political Science with my previous experiences and passions. I am currently looking for an entry-level job or internship that suits my goals in the District of Columbia or New York.
