Diplômée en Histoire et science politique, j’ai développé une expérience significative en gestion administrative et en service à la clientèle au sein de l’Université d’Ottawa. J’ai assuré la gestion de données, la coordination de rendez-vous et la communication avec divers publics, en français comme en anglais. Ces responsabilités m’ont permis de renforcer mes compétences organisationnelles, mon sens du service et ma maîtrise d’outils numériques (CRM, plateformes de sondages). Je souhaite mettre ces compétences au service d’un poste exigeant rigueur, professionnalisme et qualité de la relation client, tout en contribuant activement à l’efficacité administrative de votre organisation. Graduated in History and Political Science, I gained valuable experience in administrative management and customer service at the University of Ottawa.
