Digital transformation director with 15+ years of digital business experience. Skilled at assembling and leading the right team of people for successful digital transformation efforts and digital strategy creation. My skills are in four domains — technology, data, process, and organisational change. I have the ability to convince a large number of people at the front lines of an organisation to take on new roles as digital customers and data creators. My passion is within technology, data, process, and organisational change. I work strongly to bring organisations forward, digitally, which requires bringing together and coordinating cross functional leaders. In the technology and data domain, I have led people and projects with technological depth and breadth, and I possess the ability to work hand-in-hand with the business. I gained this experience first hand at Google (2007-2011), Acando (2016-2018), and being founder of the first data analytics agency in Sweden, May & Barrow (2011-2014). In the domain of “process” I have expertise to align silos and to know when incremental process improvement is sufficient or when radical process reengineering is necessary. Finally, for organisational change I excel at leadership, teamwork, courage, emotional intelligence, and other elements of change management. I hold a Bachelors with Honors degree from Norwegian School of Business (NMH) in Oslo, with a 1.5 years exchange program from Singapore and Malaysia. In addition I hold certifications in MBA Essentials from LSE (London School of Economics) as well as Digital Transformation Strategies from University of Cambridge. Since 2019 I am certified in the Change Management Foundation from APMG International. Since 2012, next to my full time positions, I have educated regularly on data analytics at Webbdagarna Academy and have been featured for my views on data at Internetworld and IDG (recognised technology publications in Sweden).
