About Emir Muratovic

For over a decade, I’ve been working in Learning & Development across different industries — from hospitality and aviation to manufacturing — helping people and organizations grow. What I’ve learned along the way is simple: skills and systems matter, but what truly drives performance is how people communicate, connect, and lead each other.Today, as Regional L&D Business Partner at Daikin MEA, I design and deliver programs that support leaders and teams across the Middle East and Africa. My role is not only about training but about shaping culture, enabling growth, and making learning practical and sustainable.Alongside my corporate work, I am an ICF-certified coach and NLP practitioner, with a focus on public speaking and leadership coaching. I help professionals find their voice, build confidence, and communicate with clarity — whether it’s in a boardroom, on stage, or with their teams. What people often value in my approach is that it’s not theory-heavy — it’s grounded in real business needs, practical tools, and a genuine belief that everyone can grow when given the right support.
