Hi, I'm Emma! At my core, I am a passionate, perpetual learner. I have experience in system migrations, process optimization, and team leadership. Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, with expertise in training, documentation, and project management. Adept at engaging clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. My intense curiosity is one of my greatest strengths, making me a great listener and a fast learner. It’s also the reason I’m a proud book nerd- I love reading about new topics and ideas! I trained as a pre-professional classical ballet dancer from a young age, earning a Talent Scholarship to continue my training at the collegiate level. Ballet is where I learned discipline, persistence, and creativity. It is also where I learned to try new things; if I failed, I got up and tried again, applying the lessons I learned. These qualities, combined with my work and volunteer experience, allow me to work well on any team.
