My new role as Director of DGrade draws on my 30 years experience in the retail industry. I have many years of high level management experience in the fast paced UK fashion market (as Divisional Manager Ladieswear TK Maxx ) as well as in the franchise environment (as Business Director for MH Alshaya and as Business Head for Landmark International - part of Landmark Group). I have also managed franchise and own bought International stores from a UK perspective, in my role as Head of International for Warehouse, based in London. I have a proven ability to deliver BP sales and bottom line profit, in line with managing costs and Margin. I have managed teams of Buyers, Merchandisers, Operations and Marketing as well as working with logistics and property. I am product and operationally focused and believe strongly in developing and coaching those who work for me and with me.
