With experience in designing curriculum programs and implementing effective pedagogical strategies, I enjoy developing current research-based practices. As a qualified Growth Coach (Primary Leader) and Literacy Coach and Teacher, I successfully lead the embedment of improved literacy teaching. With a passion for STEM, I can provide STEM leadership to support teachers in improving student learning experiences across a P-12 context. Throughout my career, I have been commended for my ability to identify and generate opportunities and outcomes, driving a positive culture where students can engage with future-focused, exceptional pedagogical practices that encourage a growth mindset and enable new forms of learning, collaboration, innovation and communication. I am highly motivated by being part of each child’s individual learning journey, inspiring curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. I love understanding how children learn and endeavour to incorporate a variety of creative teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs, abilities and learning styles of my students. With strong leadership skills, I have demonstrated my ability to forge collaborative working relationships with key educational and research groups, colleagues, parents and the wider school community, underpinned by a strong commitment to professional development, continuous improvement, best practice and growth.
