I am a hardware and software technician with 25 years experience. I am a student of the art of old-school customer service and a lifelong technology fanatic. I have a passion for all things electronic; I'm the person that all of my friends and family have always called when they have any sort of tech that isn't working the way they want it to. I have been building, repairing, and supporting PC's, Macs, and networks for over 25 years, and I am no stranger to tools, performing clean installation work, or working at height. I have experience working in retail environments, performing residential and commercial service calls, and can manage my time effectively from a work-from-home position as well. I am also well versed in TCP/IP networking, and residential/small business router/VPN configuration. With regards to mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, I have 5+ years of experience in hardware repair and software support for all devices, Apple and Android. I am soft-spoken but effective, and know how to treat customers with respect and dignity. Simplifying complicated concepts and issues is something I have always had a knack for, I am consistently able to explain complex technical concepts in terms a non-technical customer can understand; I have a real love for teaching and I’m great with analogies! I have a non-stop positive attitude and I don’t get bogged down or discouraged by problems and setbacks. I am also a photographer, known formerly to haunt the streets and music venues of Dallas/Fort Worth, primarily shooting live music in rocks clubs, simultaneously fulfilling my addictive loves of both music and photography. I have been based in Spokane, WA since 2015 and yes, I would love to shoot your band.
