About Emma Bloore

A passionate caring and trusting individual with 14 years of employment within the childcare and education sector. Have successfully completed a PGCE supported by a first-class honour’s degree in Education Studies. Keen to gain a position that is office based. I currently work as a deputy manager at a local private day nursery. Some of my day-to-day duties include: Meeting with potential clients, promoting the nursery via social media, supporting staff, recruitment, policy review and administrative duties. I currently use Abacus (our account software) to amend and add additional sessions, raise invoices and book appointments. I have recently completed a course in leadership and management. Additionally, I am also a qualified teacher and understand the importance of being able to manage and prioritise arising tasks. I can confidently deliver sessions and pride myself on my ability to establish professional relationships with clients. I have a very proactive approach where I always take the initiative and jump at new opportunities to gain further experience and contribute my technical expertise towards success. My ability to get along well with others, to make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate in fast-paced environments have all contributed to my growth and my employers placing a significant degree of trust in me.
