About Emma Borza

During my time with The Perfume Shop, I led a team of sales advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets, customer satisfaction, and visual merchandising standards. I also completed various operational and administrative tasks, such as stock management, staff training, and compliance audits. I have completed a QQI Level 5 certificate in Special Needs Assistant at The Open College, and an Art Portfolio course at Coláiste Dhúlaigh College. These courses enhanced my communication, organization, and creativity skills, which I applied to my work in the retail industry. I have a keen interest in fragrance and beauty products, and I have obtained a Fragrance Foundation Award from The Fragrance Foundation UK, as well as an Introduction to Children First Elearning Programme from Tusla - Child and Family Agency. These certifications demonstrate my commitment to learning and improving my knowledge and skills in my field of interest. I am looking for new opportunities to further develop my career and explore my passions, while contributing to a dynamic and innovative organization that values customer service, teamwork, and excellence.
