About Emma Brooks

As a Recruitment Coordinator with over 4 years of experience, I specialize in placing candidates into apprenticeship roles, with a particular focus on the hospitality sector. Leveraging my background in hospitality, I have developed a clear understanding of the industry’s unique needs, enabling me to connect employers with candidates who are both highly skilled and genuinely passionate about their work.A key achievement in my career has been my collaboration with the Department of Work and Pensions to successfully place 16-25 year olds onto the Kickstart scheme. This scheme provided young people with really valuable experience. I thrive in KPI-driven environments, consistently exceeding targets and ensuring both candidates and clients receive exceptional service.Whether I am sourcing talent for apprenticeship programs or contributing to government schemes like Kickstart, I am committed to making a meaningful impact on individuals’ careers while supporting the growth and success of businesses.
