Background

About Emma C.

I'm a scrappy, passionate, strategic, and creative thinker with over 15 years of combined experience in customer success, technical project management, vendor management (5 in retail), product ops, enablement, and development and implementation. I currently possess three certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Agile Professional, and Six Sigma Supply Chain Manager which enable me to apply best practices and methodologies to optimize processes, deliver value, and solve problems. I believe in the power of VOC and building long-lasting relationships internally and externally. I have experience cross-functionally managing technical product and engineering teams, leading diverse global groups, communicating with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring high client, partner, and vendor satisfaction. I have a proven track record of implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and profitability. I have extensive experience creating training documents, SOPs, and Help Centers while quickly adapting to new situations. I look forward to taking on new challenges and learning from hands-on experience in my field. Last but not least, I’m a first-time mother of a beautiful boy who deeply loves her family. Health and fitness are some of my passions. Previously, I swam competitively for 15+ years, mixing in water polo and climbing. I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, exploring and adventuring outdoors, attending county fairs, makers markets, music events, game nights (pc, or board), or staying in.
