About Emma Chan

Emma is a Junior Doctor working at the Queensland Children's Hospital within Queensland Health. She offers consistent accountability and professionalism, strong clinical skills and judgement, and is well-versed with her procedural skills. She shows enthusiasm towards ongoing education and willingness to grow and learn. Emma displays a commitment to continuing professional development, especially for the paediatric specialty, through undertaking the Sydney Child Health Program and multiple Don't Forget The Bubbles (DFTB) courses. She actively contributes to Don't Forget The Bubbles, a high quality paediatric FOAMed resource, and works executive roles on the Social Media team and Curriculum Mapping team, in addition to contributing to the Bubble Wrap team. She attends annual medical conferences and courses to enrich and grow her medical knowledge. Emma displays strong leadership skills that are exemplified throughout her medical school years in various leadership roles. She currently sits on the JMO Forum QLD executive committee.
