About Emma Clark

I have over 20 years experience working in both in the public and private sector specialising in investigative roles specifically forensics and law enforcement. I have learnt to have a practical understanding of the demands of dealing with the dealing with people both as customers and members of the public and I have become adept at working in high pressure environments and time restrained situations. I am highly professional and able to make decisions based on using all information available to me and I maintain my composure in these situations. I enjoy working as a team member and am always willing to lend my help to colleagues but I am also comfortable working on my own and making necessary decisions to order to get things done. I have managed teams both directly in line management roles supporting their individual development and welfare but also as a Duty Supervisor overseeing day to day management of the allocated work and the wider team. In my current role as a Community Housing Manager I strive to deliver exceptional tenant support and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. The role demands multi-tasking and dynamic risk assessment, in order to address tenant concerns effectively and maintain estate standards. I do this by building trusting relationships with colleagues from other departments and working together to, resolve issues promptly, conducting multiagency working and regular visits to complete thorough on-site audits. I am happiest when problem solving and engaging with people and getting stuff done. I want to learn new skills and I’m looking for a new challenge in my career.
