Research Fellow in Computational Biostatistics at PharosAI and visiting postdoctoral cancer bioinformatician at The Francis Crick Institute. Research interests in spatial multiplexed imaging analyses, tumour microenvironment, and cancer genomics integration. Experience programming in R, Python, and bash. First author of peer-reviewed manuscripts (Nature, Nature Communications, Cancer Discovery, PLOS Computational Biology). PhD obtained with no corrections under the supervision of Cancer Research UK's Chief Clinician Professor Charles Swanton FRS (2024). Winner of the Clinical Impact Award at the Owkin & Servier AI for Glioblastoma Research Hackathon (February 2025). Previously a fundraiser for cancer research and care, securing YoY growth as Head of Fundraising at the UK's leading dedicated head and neck cancer research charity (2016-2018), appointed a manager at 24 at Cancer Research UK, and contributing to record-breaking levels of income in multiple charity roles as twice-elected President at Cambridge RAG and >£1.1m at Teenage Cancer Trust), exceeding targets by over 75%. Undergraduate Master's degree in Experimental and Theoretical Physics as an Ogden Trust Science Scholar at Trinity College, University of Cambridge (2009-2013). Master's Degree in Data Science for Research in Health & Biomedicine from UCL (2016-2018).
