About Emma Crabb

I bring over 30 years of leadership experience in both industry and education, with expertise in HR, operational management, finance, compliance, and strategic planning. As the HR and Operations Director at Venture Systems Group Ltd, I’m committed to driving operational excellence, embedding Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in the organisational culture, and ensuring the company remains a great and exciting place to work for all employees. I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, streamlining operations and processes, and aligning resources with strategic goals. I’m passionate about fostering workplace environments where people feel valued, empowered, and supported to achieve their full potential and career goals and aspirations. I’m dedicated to placing HR and DEI at the heart of the organisational strategy, ensuring a positive employee experience while driving sustainable growth and operational success. I am a mum of three wonderful boys (I took a career break 2006 to 2011), I love running (I have run various marathons and half marathons), my local gym (CYC:D) and hiking around the Surrey Hills with our dog!
