About Emma Cramer

As a Marketing Manager with more than 12 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working in two incredibly dynamic industries: music and now sports. For 8 years I honed my skills in (online) marketing, branding, and project management at Spinnin’ Records, where I created and executed innovative marketing concepts for global music releases. Working hand in hand with artists, their teams, and internal departments like social media, PR, and brand partnerships, I learned how to manage complex projects and deliver impactful strategies that truly resonate with audiences. Since March 2024 I’ve taken on a new adventure as Head of Marketing & Partnerships at TopsportNetwerk, a start-up with a powerful mission: helping elite athletes transition into or grow in their societal careers. It’s been an incredible journey to develop and execute a marketing strategy from the ground up, including designing a brand identity, launching a new app and creating a partnership with GoodHabitz to provide athletes with access to over 200 e-learning modules. What I love most about my work is the energy of collaboration and the chance to make a real impact. At TopsportNetwerk, I get to do exactly that: work with a team of passionate individuals to create opportunities for athletes while building a brand that truly stands for something.
