About Emma Davison

I am a passionate, hardworking and motivated people manager with 7 years leadership experience in a large organisation within the energy sector. I have had the pleasure to work with a diverse range of people, all with differing needs and levels of ability and throughout this have operated with openness, honesty and professionalism to facilitate inclusion for all. Throughout my career I have successfully strengthened my skillset and knowledge base, by engaging in additional tasks and added learning outside of my role and in my own time. All of the above I feel has allowed me to make a positive contribution to my own personal development, and give me the rounded skillset to lead and develop people to deliver better customer and people outcomes. Some of my most noted achievements are the significant contribution that I made to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures which, following implementation, contributed to an improvement in overall performance within the business, as well as my own personal achievement of national institute of Customer Service Leadership & Assessor qualifications.
