I am a Special Counsel in KWM’s Sydney office. My areas of expertise include major property development work, complex acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, investment and joint venture structuring (including international investment into Australia) and commercial leasing. I have undertaken a number of secondments with clients during my time in private practice, both in the UK and in Australia, and believe that this experience brings a commercial focus on my client relationships and advice.
