I have worked within financial services since leaving college, primarily with major IFA's. I am an experienced people manager who works well under pressure. My most recent role has been to assist in the onboarding of clients within a new Financial Services Company. This included adding all clients, plans and income onto the back office platform. Liasing with clients and insurance companies to ensure the smooth transfer of policies, and dealing with any problems.I have also assisted companies using new back office platforms by adding clients, processes and income management.I am a highly capable and adaptable operations and administration manager with significant experience within the IFA sector. I have an organised mind and can assist in improving systems and processes.I have undertaken a number of roles within my career and enjoy the variety of the Operations role, but also keep my knowledge and skills up to date by dealing with clients, processing new business and report writing.
