From April 2025 Emma is product owner for team Betala at Skandiabanken. From September 2021 Emma is Product owner for team Fund at Skandiabanken. Emma is driving the product forward with high focus on customer experience and to ensure the customer a secure and transparent customer journey when interacting with the Fund product at Skandiabanken. From January 2021 Emma is product owner for the Buy Now Pay Later Product at H&M. The product is a collaboration with Klarna. From June 2020 Emma is a product owner within Checkout area at Business Tech org at H&M. Emmas product is responsible for sales reporting and compliance within the checkout area. From July 2015 Emma is working as a Business Solution Analyst within business development department at H&M. Emma main focus area is checkout and payments within H&M s e-com Emma is working at H&M as a business analyst within the product development process (PLM). Prior Emma worked at Deloitte as a consultant within the Technology Integration and Enterprise Application team with focus on CRM. Emma joined Deloitte in January 2008. Emma was working with a Siebel CRM implementation within a Swedish municipality. Spring 2008 Emma participated a three weeks training course within Oracle Siebel 8.0. Emma is certified within the Siebel 8.0. Prior to Deloitte Emma has been working as an order/shipper handler at Gambro, a company within the healthcare industry. She worked on a daily basis in SAP, in the sales and distribution module.
