As an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and mBIT (multiple brain integration techniques) coach, it is my mission to help people overcome anxiety and limiting beliefs and live life to the fullest by believing in themselves. I know how hard it can feel when you are struggling with anxiety. You don’t believe that it’s possible to change and you think you’re going to be stuck with it forever. Well the good news is, it doesn’t have to be this way…. as your coach I will help you take back control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and make changes that last. When you understand ‘how’ you do what you do from the inside out, then you can transform your struggles into breakthroughs and create a brighter future for yourself. My client base is varied, for example, people struggling with low self-esteem, lack of confidence, social anxiety, phobias, who may need help to get through an interview or have to do a presentation. These struggles are preventing them from either moving forward in their careers, striving for that job or promotion they may want or living a happier, more fulfilled life.
