About Emma Fechner

I come from a background of construction and hands-on work. Since the age of 16, I've developed my technical skills as well as my problem-solving skills through my work experience. My current lead maintenance position allows me to collaborate with my trainees, supervisor, and other departments to create solutions to issues in the facility. Throughout my undergrad, I was able to build nutritional skills like menu development, food handling, teamwork, and creating diet plans. I appreciate being challenged and presented with tasks that require me to think and be technical with my approach. Since graduating in 2024, I have gained experience as a Nutrition Assistant and Dietetic Technician, Registered. These positions have allowed me to put my knowledge to the test and immerse myself in a clinical setting I was always curious about.
