As a Senior Consultant and Instructional Designer at Deloitte, I leverage my five years of experience and multiple certifications in learning technologies and blended online learning to create engaging and effective training solutions for various clients. I specialize in applying the principles of business process reengineering (BPR) and continuous process improvement to optimize learning outcomes and performance metrics.In my current role, I lead several lines of effort with a high-visibility clients, collaborating with other lead analysts and firm and client leadership. I use my data analysis and Excel skills to develop reports and briefings, as well as to ensure data accuracy and metric optimization. I also develop training documents and online learning modules using innovative learning solutions and technology.
