About Emma Frampton

I'm a senior multi-channel marketing & communications professional and community co-founder. During my 14 years of marketing & communications (agency side, in-house and as a contract consultant), my roles have spanned the full customer lifecycle and have included work with highly-respected household brands (The White Company, The AA, Sky TV, Boots and IKEA) to not-for-profit and start-ups, focused on social impact (Internet Matters, Impact Marathons). I’m authentic, dependable, honest, trustworthy and adaptable. And I thrive in collaborative people-oriented environments, bringing ideas to life that drive positive change. I’m passionate about the positive impact of community and the outdoors. In 2017, I co-founded Adventure Queens, a women’s adventure community aimed at delicately bringing down barriers for women getting outdoors. In 2018/2019, I was an Ordnance Survey #GetOutside Champion, helping inspire Britain to get outdoors. And since 2019, I've been gaining wellbeing focused qualifications to facilitate and guide people in the outdoors.
