About Emma Gallini

I am a flexible and reliable team worker who is pro-active and outward going but I do also like being able to focus on a task and seeing it through to completion independently. I welcome challenges that enable me to acquire and develop new skills towards tangible ends. I am numerate, organised and efficient, I work well under pressure and I am able to successfully adapt to changing deadlines and priorities. I pride myself on being an enthusiastic person with a high attention to detail who is highly motivated and eager to learn. As someone with a strong art and design background I have strong creative skills which enhance my problem solving skills and enable me to provide more tangible creative support using software such as Photoshop. My career has been based on providing administrative support, however, after returning from living in America for 2 years I followed a personal interest in child led learning and have been working as part of a small team in a Montessori Infant Community and Forest School. Moving forward I am keen to refocus on my career path within administration and support. There is a break in my work history between June 2015 and December 2019 which is due in part to my taking maternity leave and also having the opportunity to live in America for 2 years.
