I am a confident, hard working individual. I have been in customer facing roles for more then 11 years and I have worked in admin for approximately 8 years, in varying roles, including general admin duties, for example, data input, answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manor, answering emails, producing quotations and following these through to gain sales. I have also been a sales office manager, which included ensuring targets were met, managing 6 members of staff within the internal sales office, and diary management for 7 external sales members located all over the uk. I have worked within a company that exported, so I corresponded with a large Export market, providing quotations and technical advise where needed. Produced all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Certificate of Origins and and testing reports that may be needed to export into certain countries. I am very organised, I love a challenge and am a quick learner
