With over seventeen years of experience in the field of commercial operations, I serve as the Director of Commercial Operations at Biomapas, where my responsibilities span the entire spectrum of commercial activities. My role encompasses leading the comprehensive commercial operations department, which is divided into three core areas: Global Contracts and Proposals, Commercial Support, and Marketing. This position allows me to play a critical role in setting and driving the commercial strategy. Biomapas is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) known for its specialised services in Clinical Services, FSP, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Information. I oversee all aspects of commercial operations, from strategising and spearheading prospecting initiatives to implementing processes and ensuring CRM excellence. I also contribute significantly to the general management of the marketing department, aligning marketing strategies with our overarching business goals. I am experienced in managing operations on a global scale, demonstrating my adeptness at guiding diverse teams and navigating the complexities of an international business landscape.
