About Emma Greco

I graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Information Systems, and went straight into a consulting career predominately in the energy and utilities industry. I've also been in the retail sector, within digital, integrations and the IT financial systems portfolio. With over two decades of IT experience, I've worked on a number of high profile projects such as the introduction of smart meters, digital transformations and banking trading platforms. My wide and varied project experience has afforded me industry knowledge and practices across the board. Besides my strong people management skills, my strengths are within the analysis of business requirements, drilling down and understanding what would deliver the best customer experience in a seamless manner. My motto is to keep it simple and deliver quality! I’m currently employed at Sportsbet as one of their Engineering Managers, focusing on engaging experiences within the MarTech space.
