After working in every marketing and communications discipline for two decades, I’ve found that the most rewarding experiences involve engaging with people to navigate change and transformation. Evolving your brand? Expanding your mandate or market? You need strategic communications, change management and employee engagement. New leadership? Major technology rollout? Strategic communications, change management and employee engagement. A global pandemic has completely transformed the nature of work? You get the picture… I thrive on mobilizing people around common goals. I bring a sense of fun to every team or project I’m part of, while delivering outputs that exceed expectations in support of business objectives. I’m diligent about managing operational details and incorporating the needs of multiple stakeholders, while keeping the big picture in focus. Striking a balance between planning and flexibility, I evaluate what's working and course correct as needed. And because of my capacity to be a conduit between leadership and various audience segments within any organization, I am uniquely positioned to provide effective strategic communications and agile change management advice. I can honestly say that I love what I do. I look forward to continuing to engage teams to adapt and thrive in the context of rapid change. In my "spare time" you can find me doing some combo of the following: mothering 1 human, 1 dog and 2 cats; practicing tenor sax; writing stand-up; enjoying the great outdoors, cooking and nice wine. I volunteer my communications skills and expertise as a member of my community association, and previously as a board member for Montreal-based non-profit Overture With the Arts.
