About Emma Harbottle
I currently work as an Assistant Psychologist, working within adults Eating Disorders Service. I previously worked for CAMHS as an Educational Mental Health Practitioner and have aspirations in peadatric neuropsychology. I have a BSc and MSc. I have worked within schools supporting those with additional needs and using trauma informed approaches and positive behaviour support. I currently deliever CBT treatment for Eating Disorders as well as assessment. Both my dissertations have explored ways to help young people and add to psychology knowledge: strengths in dyslexic students and indenfying inattention in ADHD. I am passionate about neuropsycholgy and brain development. I enjoy writing my own children's books, I love all animals and enjoy a good workout!
