Alongside my role, I am also Finura's Mental Health First Aider. Outside of work I enjoy a relatively quiet life with my 2 children and our family dog. When I'm not working out with Joe Wicks or puffing and panting my way through Park Run, you will find me in a local vegan restaurant, at the cinema or binge watching a series on Netflix. I also enjoy reading, podcasts and mindfulness.
