I’ve worked across the board, diving deep into strategic planning, business consulting, and helping non-profits find their footing. My career spans 25 years transforming ideas into impact for major brands like Diageo, Adobe, and Netflix, and collaborating with global organisations like D & AD. I make events pop, orchestrate impactful programs, and cultivate emerging talent. I'm also a passionate lecturer with over 5 years of experience nurturing creative art students at the BA degree level, including grading to final degree level.I currently split my time as a Community Director at an award-winning EDI and social impact consultancy, as a Lecturer, and directly as a consultant, using my skills and passions to create tangible, positive change.
