About Emma-Jayne Fussell

I have always had an interest in what goes into a final product / service. With thoughts, brainstorms and research building a wider picture to the end result, I always strive to be a part of a team that aids and enhances a product / service to provide a better experience for the consumer. The consumer is the ultimate goal, learning and understanding their needs / wants is key to success. I currently assist with the planning, coordination and reporting of customer and market research projects. Whilst supporting the customer insight and research manager when required. I am also the point of contact for internal research surveys as well as managing and being the SME for our current internal customer research project, seeing the research from beginning to end. Liaising with stakeholders, the survey build, analysis / reporting and report presentation playback. Research and insight helps inform business decisions, meets wider team objectives and allows us to understand our customers needs and wants.
