I am a curious, creative and explorative designer constantly seeking creative and innovative solutions to the wants needs of everyday people. From my introduction to design via the woodshop and later to the sewing studio, I have always been driven by a passion for "making" things, whether that be for fashion or function or, ideally, both. My technical prowess lies in design development, technical flat and BOM creation, and my presentational skills, all backed by a strong understanding of sewing and pattern construction. I find the most joy and excitement working in collaborative team-based environments where I can learn from my team member's diverse talents and experiences. As someone who's constantly sought to keep learning and evolving, I am especially interested in keeping up with ongoing research and innovation in hopes of one day being able to play a larger role in it myself.
