In my current role I manage a team of 5 including 1 apprentice. I ensure the phones are covered between 8am and 6pm and we're front loaded to the mornings as these are our busiest times of the day. I also make sure the team has ample training opportunities to learn what they want to learn and never restrict what customer they can work on to ensure exposure to everything we have available.
