After close to a decade in sales and sales development leadership, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right people can be. Finding the right people for the right roles benefits everyone - it drives performance, supports culture, and unlocks potential at every level. That belief, paired with my passion for coaching and authentic connection, inspired my transition into talent acquisition. Today, as Director of Sales Recruiting at REVGEN, I lead with intention, crafting hiring strategies that align with company vision and culture while empowering individuals to thrive. I’m also an MBA candidate, deepening my understanding of organizational design, leadership, and human behavior. I thrive at the intersection of business growth and people development, and I'm energized by opportunities to build teams that scale and succeed. Personal note: Born and raised in North Carolina, I now call the Raleigh area home. I share life with my horse Annie and my golden retriever/husky, Abby. Outside of work, you can find me experimenting in the kitchen—especially with anything that pairs well with red wine or whiskey.
