About Emma Klapsia

Making a difference, having an impact (in a good way!) is what drives me. I support people and organisation to be at their best, creating sustainable and positive impact. I've established and led new organisations and loved the challenge this offered to think about every aspect of a successful enterprise. I'm an advocate doing what you're passionate about - and my current role gives me opportunity to continue to think creatively to tackle new problems and support others. As an independent consultant myself, I offer value for money, flexibility and a bespoke approach that larger consultancies are often constrained from doing. I'm pragmatic and won’t waste time on initiatives that don’t deliver value. I founded the Consultants Collective to provide a network of great independent consultants who support each other with different expertise areas, keep up to date with emerging thinking and partner with exciting new organisations to test out new tools and techniques.
