About Emma Knox

Bowling Green State University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Once I have finished earning my BA in Psychology, I will be attending graduate school where I will earn my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My career aspiration is to become a mental health therapist because I want to use my own experiences of managing my mental health illnesses to bring guidance and hope to my clients. I am the Vice President of BGSU's Circle K International Club and the District Convention Chair for the State of Ohio Circle K Clubs. Circle K is a branch of Kiwanis International that is designed specifically for college students to help the community through various service projects and social events. Circle K International also aims to build fellowship and create leaders within the membership whether it be on the club, state, or international level. I am also the Public Relations Chair for BGSU's Undergraduate Psychology Association. My responsibilities include posting our various social media accounts frequently, organize member recruitment events, and broaden the club's visibility. Both of these organizations are based on the principles of service and leadership while allowing me to showcase my abilities as an advocate and a leader. In the end, I want to send my life helping people and I do my best to exemplify that every day.
