My role involves cross-functional collaboration, customer relationship management, and continual process improvement. From designing onboarding workflows and delivering platform training to gathering product feedback and driving adoption, I work closely with multiple departments to align our internal capabilities with partner needs. Previously, in Operations and Customer Support at Xrecruiter, I focused on delivering efficient, high-quality support to both clients and candidates, managing systems, and troubleshooting inquiries. My background as a Candidate Manager at Vendito Consulting gave me firsthand experience in tech recruitment developing a strong understanding of the talent market and building lasting client and candidate relationships.
