I am an experienced Human Resources Professional, with a demonstrated history of working in the live events services and not for profit environmental industries. Specifying in audio, integration, AV, non-violent direct action and sustainable working. A strong HR lead with experience in HR and people management. I have worked primarily at HR Generalist and senior HRBP level, gaining invaluable experience along the way. My passion is for people. I love to manage major change projects, working in collaboration with business managers to actively integrate the business strategy with people management practices. As an HRBP, I have experience building leadership capacity through development initiatives and specialise in career progression frameworks. Alongside my current role, I work with diverse clients providing a wide range of services, including professional consulting, education, training, and human resource solutions.
