About Emma Lapp

I am a rising Master's student in Environmental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. I'm currently working as a part-time project management intern at ESA to assist with utility-scale solar projects in Michigan. Additionally, I am a research assistant for the University of Michigan School for Environment and Sustainability resilience strategies for a low-income net zero neighborhood study. This study is led by Stanford University, Equitable, Affordable & Resilient Nationwide Energy Transition (EARNEST). I recently finished my undergraduate studies in Program in the Environment at U-M, graduating Magna Cum Laude. I am passionate about environmental law, policy, climate communication, ecology, and energy justice. My goal is to work in impactful non-profit work and I am eager to collaborate with organizations that prioritize environmental stewardship and conservation.
