As the VP EMEA Project Lead at Citi, I have over two years of experience in managing and delivering complex and strategic projects across the region, with a focus on enhancing customer service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. I have a strong background in business analysis, project planning, and stakeholder management, and I leverage my skills to ensure the successful execution and alignment of the project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline. In addition to my project leadership role, I also co-chair the Citi Pride Dublin Network, a voluntary employee-led initiative that promotes a diverse and inclusive culture within the organization. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for the LGBTQ+ community and allies, and I organize and participate in various events, activities, and campaigns that foster awareness, education, and engagement on diversity and inclusion topics.
