Longing for greater balance and intimacy in relationships? As women, our lives are deeply embedded with transitions - in our relationships with ourselves and with others, in motherhood and family, and in career. While these transitions can be overwhelming, stressful, and anxiety-inducing, they can also be can opportunity to cultivate resilience and to find new meaning and focus in your life. My intention as a psychologist is to hold space for women as they gain the insight and skills needed to optimize these pivotal moments of growth in their lives. COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY I work with women to address issues of anxiety, maternal mental health, parenting concerns, relationship distress, career-related transitions, and perfectionism. I integrate a warm, compassionate stance with evidence-based cognitive behavioral strategies to help you develop the insight, information, and skills needed to overcome mood-related challenges and to cultivate resilience. COACHING I am a goal-directed and active coach who helps women identify and use their strengths to solve specific parenting- and career-related concerns that are causing them distress.
