About Emma Longley
With over 25 years of experience in education, I am a passionate and dedicated NASENCO programme lead, Senior Teaching Fellow, and Academic Portfolio Lead at the University of Greenwich, where I oversee the delivery and quality of the National Award for SEN Coordination, train and support teachers and leaders in inclusive practice, and lead the development and review of the primary education portfolio. As a qualified headteacher, a coach, and a HEA fellow, I have a strong background in educational leadership, coaching, mentoring, and innovation.
